Meishan Whole Hog Share Deposit- Hogs- Pastured Pork

This will be for hogs ready in June-September 2027

This is deposit for a Whole Hog Share. The final weight and total will be given the week of delivery, after cutting & wrapping.

You are charged $8/lb. (on sale) of packaged weight. The remainder will be due at pick up. The deposit will be deducted from your total. The deposit is non-refundable.

We average 120-160lbs on a half hog; roughly $960-1280. The deposit is not deducted from this example. Weights CAN be more than 160lbs in a half hog.

Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit places your name on the next available list, beginning the process for finishing, processing, and getting your meat to you.

What comes with a Half Hog? This estimate averages for a 80lb half hog.

**BACON- ___thick sliced or ___thin sliced (cured and smoked)

*SAUSAGE- ___breakfast ___Italian ___chorizo ( 1 lb packages)

*Half hog, choose 1 per line. Whole Hog, choose 2.

**If you do NOT want bacon, leave blank! (It will be left as a whole Fresh Side) same with hams

If you do not want any seasoned sausage, leave blank! (will be kept as plain ground pork)

If you need shipping, that will be an $$$ extra air overnight charge. This will vary depending on weight, location, and package delivery provide.
